What enterprise procurement teams need to know about Fibi — how we are structured, how we access the market, how we get paid, and what documentation we provide.
Fibi is a technology advisory firm operating in the U.S. business telecom market. We help multi-location organizations evaluate, select, and manage connectivity and communications providers — at no direct cost to the client.
We operate through established technology services distribution partnerships, which provide access to pricing, contract structures, and provider options that are typically not available through direct carrier sales channels.
Fibi is incorporated in California. Our office is located at 6005 Vineland Ave Ste 112, North Hollywood, CA 91606.
Our carrier access is enabled through established master agent relationships with leading technology services distributors. This allows us to source and compare solutions across 300+ providers — including major national carriers and specialized regional networks — within a single advisory engagement.
We are carrier-agnostic and do not have exclusive agreements with any provider. All recommendations are based on location-specific availability, technical requirements, and commercial fit.
Examples of providers across key solution categories include:
Fiber & Dedicated Internet
AT&T, Comcast Business, Spectrum Enterprise, Lumen, Frontier, Zayo, Cogent
SD-WAN & SASE
Aryaka, Comcast Business, Lumen, Windstream
UCaaS & Voice
RingCentral, Vonage, 8×8, Nextiva, Dialpad, Zoom Phone
CCaaS
Five9, Genesys, NICE CXone, Talkdesk
Fixed Wireless
T-Mobile Business, Verizon, Crown Castle, Starry
Cybersecurity
Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, Cisco Meraki
Carrier availability varies by location and service type. Provider and product lists are not exhaustive. Fibi does not have exclusive agreements with any carrier.
Fibi is compensated through commissions paid by carriers when a client proceeds with a solution through our recommendation. There is no direct cost to the client for our advisory services.
Commission structures vary by carrier, product, contract term, and monthly recurring revenue.
We provide written fee disclosure upon request. If your procurement process requires documented commission disclosure prior to evaluating solutions, we can provide that before any quotes or invoice review.
We treat all client information — including carrier invoices, contract terms, network architecture, and contact details — as confidential.
Client data is not shared with carriers without explicit permission.
A mutual NDA is available prior to any invoice or contract review. If your organization requires an NDA before sharing telecom spend data, we can execute one before beginning the analysis.
Client information is never used for marketing purposes and is used solely to evaluate and source provider options.
We regularly work with procurement and finance teams. The following documentation is available upon request:
To request documentation, email enterprise@fibi.live with your organization name and required materials.
We’re happy to support your procurement process — including NDA execution, documentation requests, or vendor onboarding discussions.
